InfraPilot started as an internal tool at DevSimplex. We were managing dozens of client projects across multiple servers, and the context-switching between Portainer, Nginx configs, log viewers, and terminal sessions was killing productivity. So we built a single dashboard that shows everything in one place. After a year of internal use and refinement, we open-sourced it.
