DevSimplex focuses on three Devs: software development, business development and DevOps. Most companies hire three different firms for these and spend their time keeping them in step. We do all three as one team, so the product, the go-to-market and the infrastructure are planned together.

We also saw the same thing go wrong on software projects: the client was kept outside, the agreement lived in email, and nobody could say who approved what. So we built the Lab, the platform our builds now run in. The client writes the brief, AI drafts the plan, our engineers build it, and nothing moves forward without the client's sign-off.
